Best Budget Lipstick for Indian Skintone: Maybelline Colorshow: Choco-Latte: Swatches and Review

This might just be the best budget lipstick for Indian skin-tone. At Rs. 299/-, Maybelline (Colorshow) has come out with such a winner- the lipstick in shade #313 (Choco-Latte) is the perfect neutral to have in your kitty, and even though it’s a neutral (IMO), it adds immense warmth to the face. To know more about the lipstick (swatches and how it looks once worn) just watch the video below.

BTW, I have a pretty coral lipstick from the same range. Checkout the review here.

Want to grab the perfect red lipstick but confused much? This gorgeous red lipstick might just be what you’re looking for.

  1. Hi, not relevant to this post but do you have any recommendations for buying cotton scarves which are not too expensive. Have tried sarojini nagar market buy most places sell random scraps of clothes as scarves. Can you recommend some places, would be super helpful!!

    1. Hi! You could try the Cottage Emporium for some ethnic scarves and stoles in silk and other pure fabrics. In case you are looking for more trendy scarves, then try hitting Forever 21 or Zara, they sometimes stock some good scarves. However, that being said, Sarojini Nagar does have some good variety of scarves at negligible prices, the only thing is you need to be patient and browse through a lot of those stalls. You could also try the little boutiques in Janpath, they have a good variety of scarves (in viscose).
