Cobalt Scarf, Red Top and Trouser-Jeans: OOTD

Cobalt and Red is one of my favourite colour combinations. Something about this combination makes it look so striking and beautiful, be it Indian wear or Western wear.

So today for work, when I got a chance to wear casuals (thanks to Makarsankranti J), I teamed up my cobalt scarf (last worn here) and a red top with my trousers jeans. I also wore a gray sweater on top of the red top. And to add a polished touch to the outfit, I wore my favourite black blazer. I think a blazer really takes any outfit a notch up, and adds instant sophistication, making the outfit work/office appropriate.

This is the first time I’m posting an outfit photo of these trouser-jeans here, but those of you who follow me on Instagram would know that I wore them a few days back as well. I think these jeans are a great addition to one’s wardrobe, they come in really handy when you need a respite from those skinnies!
