Gray Tee, Maroon Pants and Beige Blazer- Not-So-Casual Sunday Outfit

If you have been reading along for some time, you would know that I love a good bargain, and the thrill of finding gold in the dust makes me visit flea markets more often than not. Now coming on to my weekend outfit- those of you who follow me on Instagram (clothesancreativity) would know that I wore this outfit on Sunday.

And if you’ve been here before, you would know that on weekends I’m usually dressed in bright, casual clothes, unless I have to go somewhere fancy-shmancy! But last Sunday I decided to add little sophistication to my weekend outfit. And how did I manage to add sophistication you ask- it was in the form of a beige blazer. Lately, I’ve been crushing on blazers. They can polish up even the most basic outfits.

You can see for yourself here- I just paired up my burgundy/maroon pants (also worn here, here and here) with a basic gray tee and added this gorgeous beige blazer to the routine. The blazer just took this ‘tee-coloured pants’ combo a notch-up! And since I didn’t wear earrings, I compensated by adding this beautiful gold and rose-pink necklace. I also tried to coordinate my shoes with my bag by keeping them in the brown family!

I was happy with the end result. Also, I love this blazer for its sheer versatility- perfect for work and play.
